Education - Mission Admission

Education is both the means as well as the end to a better life; means, because it empowers an individual to earn his/her livelihood and the end because it increases one\'s awareness on a range of issues – from healthcare to appropriate social behaviour to understanding one\'s rights - and evolve as a better citizen as well.

Education, nowadays can be divided in following stages :

  • Play School

  • Nursery and Pre-Primary

  • Primary-Class 1 to 8

  • Primary-Class 1 to 8 (drop outs after class 8)

  • Secondary-Class 9 & 10 (Choosing stream after class 10)

  • Senior Secondary-Class 11 & 12 (Choice of Course & admission after class 12)

  • Tution/Coaching Institutes and Extra Care Centres.

  • College and Professional Education at Universities or Other Institutes of same level.

Education Department i.e. Directorate of Education, of theGovernment of Delhiis a premier body which looks into the educational affairs. College and Professional education is administrated by the Directorate of Higher Education, University Grants Commission and Higher Education Bodies.

Education sector in our country is enormous and unorganized. We, Consumers Congress, being an NGO provide a School-Parent-FocusedApproach. In this direction, we provide every possible support and information about school, information about admission process and facility provided by the school to the parents. We provide impeccable, accurate and reliable information about school, its education process, admission deadlines, fee structure etc.
In this way we help parents to opt best school for their child and simultaneously reducing pressure from the schools of enormous rush of parents for admission.

We, Consumers Congress, address these problems stage wise and try to provide their solutions.

ADMISSIONS TO PLAY SCHOOLS :

We provide impeccable, accurate and reliable information about Play Schools, its education process, admission deadlines, fee structure etc.
In this way we help parents to opt best school for their child and simultaneously help the schools in getting students without any hassles.

MISSION NURSERY ADMISSION :

Due to Government’s failure to provide quality school education, getting admission in Nursery Classes in good schools have become uphill tasks for parents on one hand and giving reasons for not admitting one’s child has become uphill tasks for schools on the other hand.

Every year at the time of admissions, Directorate of Education, Association of Schools and Association of Parents are at loggerheads and are involved in court cases. The net result of this is sufferance to the parents of the child, going for the admission of their child.

It iscertainly very difficult to get admission in nursery schools than in even colleges these days! Working parents find it harder than the rest because they have to look for pre-schools as well. Every year thousands of parents go through the ordeal of trying to seek nursery admission for their children. Demand outstrips supply by a huge margin. What is the solution?

We have initiated some effort in an attempt to help the situation. We track admissions across the schools in the city so parents can be aware of all options they have for their child and not necessarily limit to the bigger brand names.

There are those schools which are so prominent that their application to admission ratio is as high as 1:50 while there are good schools trying to expand their reach and establish themselves. We through our platform provide an opportunity for such institutions to make visible their presence in the locality/city to the parents. This definitely eases the parents too, on other hand as they get to learn of equally good alternates as they go about this admission drill. Eventually bring some balance betwen the demand & supply. And our vision is to address this crisis and bring some process in Order.

Education sector in our country is enormous and unorganized. We, Consumers Congress, being an NGO provide a School-Parent-focused approach. In this direction, we provide every possible support and information about school, information about admission process and facility provided by the school to the parents. We provide impeccable, accurate and reliable information about school, its education process, admission deadlines, fee structure etc.

Today Lives of working parents are so fast that they seldom find time to bourse through every possible school in area, stand in long lines to get admission form creating a fuzz and a chance to get a better and future for their ward. Insufficient knowledge about a school also causes hindrance and stress in parents. We at Consumers Congress, provide one click search option for all users that saves all the efforts and time and information can be accessed about school's various other options in education field to shape a better future for these children.

Consumers Congress, also provides a cutting edge support to schools to manage and market right information about them, as a lot of schools are not easy to approach due to fast paced life of parents and creates misunderstanding their minds. Through our efforts we will increase parents and schools interaction, without much botheration to each other. As due to the tough working hours of parents most of the applications and phone calls go unanswered.
We at Consumers Congress, provide schools with call back facility and Email response system, which not only support parents but also provide schools to respond all the enquiries, which they get throughout the day. Our top Notch Email response system helps schools to deliver accurate information without any time constraint to the parents in the need. All the inquiries are answered and give satisfaction on to the parents about the school and its services. We take schools to a different platform that works internationally. A good visibility on all major portals across the globe, detailed information is about schools provided to parents. We work on the non-core areas of the school that helps school to focus on future of the students by focusing on core area and strength of schools i.e. to provide quality education and overall development of the child.

Our Vision

Our Vision is to help the children from Economically Weaker Section (EWS) of the society to get education in these Private Unaided Recognised Schools in which affluent class of society send their children. This is only possible by creating such an understanding where Parents-Schools-Governments come on a common platform and work hand-in-hand for the overall development of the sector and create an atmosphere conducive for the growth of Education System and ensure implementation of Right To Education for every child. This approach is designed to help Parents, Schools and Government, in very efficient and effective, so we call it “Collaborative Education Support”.The precious time and money wasted in court cases become non-existent and which can be easily utilized in imparting education to EWS children.

We work to bring the education availability to the next level and dimension, where people can know and explore better learning and hence creating and developing empowered future citizens. In a challenging India Education Segment, where the unknown and variables are huge, we at, Consumers Congress, make it simple and approachable.

TUITION/COACHING INSTITUTES :

“Money paid for instruction”, is probably short for Tuition Fees, in which Tuition refers to the act of teaching and instruction.

Tuition centre, which we call as Extra Care Centre, is a name given to private educational institutions running in parallel with schools. There was a time when only weak students preferred to go tuition centres for extra academic help. But nowadays, along with the increase in competition, craze of tuition centres is also grooming among the good students and their parents. The coaching centers has now became almost a necessity, for which several reasons can be assigned. It is justified also as we know that the every child is different and performs differently. Every child have different hues and mental caliber. Some students can give brilliant academic performance while some students have to struggle for good marks; such students need extra attention that can be given in classes other than the school.

Extra Care Centre,is one such educational help provided by our NGO-Consumers Congress, which nurtures the students of all subjects from classes 5 to 8 and 9 to 12.There are several advantages of attending extra care classes. Some of the advantages are listed below:

Extra attention and proper care is given to individual students, which is not possible in schools.

Students are able to explore new learning style.

Children can get more clear and deep explanation from teachers.

It may encourage children to have a group study among peer group and perform a good team work.

It is helpful in imparting the knowledge and interest in the student.

It help the students in overcoming the difficulties faced while grasping the concepts that are being taught as a part of the education as the child is perceiving different perspectives of the same subject.

It enhance reinforced learning as the same concept is taught in two places (extra care centre and school).

Extra care centre can be considered as make up for limited teaching in schools.

It help students build confidence and hence speed up their learning process.

Extra time is utilized in meaningful way.

Usually, students finds difficulty in solving the mathematical problems and learning science. Class for Mathematics is needed for almost every students despite mental caliber and learning ability. One such reason for the same is, in schools there are only 5 lessons per week for subjects like mathematics and Science. The time allotted is certainly insufficient for weak students to understand the concepts of particular subjects. And also teachers may rush through the syllabus to complete it on the scheduled time leaving weak students behind and since the syllabus is not even completed, the good students are also forced to take the classes.Extra Care Centre, carve the students of Mathematics and Science, in best possible teaching style. Faculties of this institution are well experienced, highly qualified, and professional and have a good command on the respective subject. As we know that faculties are the pillars of all educational institutions, several advantages of attending coaching classes that are listed above could only be possible when the subject tutor is experienced and have a firm knowledge of the respective subject. And the faculties of this centre leave no stone unturned to make the student learn the concept. The faculties are equipped with most effective teaching ideas and methodologies. They help children psychologically to establish and develop in interest in studies, clear doubts, teaches examination techniques, conduct practice tests on regular basis, monitor the progress of students and they have their own set of rules which is followed in every class.
