We, CONSUMERS CONGRESS, are a registered NGO, since 1996. We are an All India NGO, but presently having our operations mainly in Delhi & NCR. Our main aim is to protect consumers/public at large, from unfair trade practices, to help poor and needy persons in getting justice, by providing free legal aid and advice to them.

The NGO is also working for upliftment of women and helping them in securing their rightful place in the society.

We are fighting for the rights of people and against the high handedness of some people/organisation in power:

• Are you being harassed by your banker or its recovery goons?

• Are you being harassed by insurance companies in any manner?

• Are you being harassed by any company by not providing goods/services as assured or not providing after sales service?

• Are you being harassed by police personnel? OR involved in any criminal case accidentally or deliberately.

• Are you being harassed by any official of municipal corporation or statutory body?

• You being a female, sexually harassed at your workplace or at any other place.

• Are you not able to get legal help and suffering because of it.

• You being an investor, cheated by Builder/Property Dealer or any other person.

• Is there any dispute with regard to your property and you want to sell your property or settle the dispute.

• Is there any dispute in your family life regarding your share in parental property or any kind of property dispute.

• Is there any matrimonial dispute leading to divorce or domestic violence against you by your husband or in laws?

• Is there any issue regarding recovery of your payment or any cheque bouncing problem and so on......
